I discovered after having my daughter that I wanted to set an example with a healthy life style. More importantly I didn't want her eating the toxic food found in the every day american diet. Through all this I found my passion is to find ways to eat fresh and cook from home avoiding preservatives as much as possible. My goal is to inspire and help others change their life style so that they may not only live longer but to improve their quality of life, discover the power our bodies have to heal themselves, and of course look and feel sexier than ever before!
