I have not blogged in a long while! I want to start back with Goal Mondays! I need to manage my time, diet, and exercise better. Maybe blogging again can help me along with others.
Every Monday I am going to create short term weekly goals. The key is making sure the goal are doable nothing crazy or to demanding for a weeks time. My main focus is to reduce stress not create it!
Weeks Goals: Week 1
- Go to bed before Midnight! - I know I need to go to bed earlier than that but for starters this week I need to be asleep by then!
- Wake up daily 6:30am or Earlier- Trying to become a morning person!
- Workout 5 times a week- I want to aim for 6-7 with one day being a light work out, such as a long walk or out door activity.
- No processed food- Easier said then done! I will still eat wraps and whole wheat bread but no crackers or loaded HFC and Fake Foods!
- No Eating Out! - I need to realize how much I spend eating out. I don't think I eat out much however this will make me more aware of how much I spend in extra money and calories because not eating at home.
- No more than 4 cups of coffee this week- Need to wen myself away from a cup a day!
- Start a prayer Journal- This will help me in my spiritual life.
- Make beds every morning, make sure house is picked up before going to bed! - I always feel better waking up and coming home to a clean house
