Fit Test Day 1

 So I made up this excuse that Ive been too busy to work out and Im so pissed at myself! I  am out of shape and I feel it after this fit test! I suck! Starting my 30 Challenge Ready to see improvements! 




Day 1 Fit Test

Squat Jump:22
Push Ups: 15
Burpees:7
High Knees:115
Switch Lunges:8
Tuck Jumps:8
Straight Abs:30
